This comparative study examines EU members’ regulations on asylum. A special focus is given to the legislation of Sweden, Denmark, Germany, and Greece to understand how the countries’ regulations differ and in what regards they converge.

Authors of the report are Vladislava Stoyanova, associate professor at the Department of Law, Lund University and Eleni Karageorgiou, postdoctoral fellow also at the Department of Law, Lund University. During the seminar, Delmi's new report How common are the common EU standards? Swedish asylum legislation from a European perspective (2022:6) will be presented. The seminar will be held in English with participants from both Sweden and abroad.
