About the seminar

The Expert Group for Aid Studies (EBA), the Migration Studies Delegation (Delmi), and the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida), invites you to a conversation about this year's World Bank report Migrants, Refugees, and Societies. The report aims at the opportunities that lie in the mobility of people across national borders. The report brings together labor market perspectives with questions of international law. Both countries of origin and receiving countries can improve the conditions for migrants to contribute to societal development, by strengthening their abilities, increasing economic opportunities, and mitigating the risks that migration entails.
