Return migration is a field with many active actors, both authorities and voluntary organizations work with issues and processes in the return chain. The actual return is of course shaped by laws and regulations which in turn are governed by political initiatives at different levels.

Delmi's project "Return as international migration policy: coordination within and across national borders" is financed by the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF), an initiative supporting EU member states in the work of implementing the common asylum and migration policy.
