Agneta Carlberger Kundoori has a bachelor's degree in behavioral science with a focus on cross-cultural relations and immigrant issues from Stockholm University. She has previously worked at the Swedish Migration Agency, mainly with reception of asylum seekers, return and readmission of migrants as well as international cooperation in the migration field. In recent years, Agneta has devoted herself to the migration related tasks at the Swedish foreign missions, initially as an expert in the government reviewing committee Migration matters at the foreign missions (SOU 2017:14) and then with preparations and implementation of the transition of responsibilities concerning migration activities at the Swedish foreign missions. Agneta most recently came from a position as Head of Unit for one of the Swedish Migration Agency's foreign operation units, with responsibility for the Swedish Migration Agency's deployed staff at the Swedish foreign missions in Africa, Europe and the Middle East.
